Datasets are linked to each other all of the time, which means that there is the risk of information loss whenever the operation is attempted. In its API form, our software can be added to procedures where record creation events are occurring. By using our software in this way, users can be alerted to potential record duplication events before they are saved to the database. Users would have an opportunity to abort the update or create event before committing to saving the record. In this way data entry personnel can avoid entering duplicated records to the database, a very common problem.
